SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to post your items within 2-4 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped.

STANDARD DELIVERY  : Royal Mail TRACKED48 (2 business days after the order is fulfilled)

-£2.70 large letter

-£3.50 small parcel up to 2kg

-£7 for parcels over 2kg.

 

UPGRADE SERVICES: 

Royal Mail TRACKED24 ( 1 business day after the order is fulfilled)

-£3.30 large letter 

-£4.50 small parcel up to 2kg

-£7.95 for parcels over 2kg. 

Evri standard (2-4 business days after an order is fulfilled)

-£2.80 large letter 

-£3.80 small parcel up to 2kg

£5.5 for parcels over 2kg.

Evri Next Day ( 1-2 business days after an order is fulfilled)

-£3.80 large letter 

-£4.80 small parcel up to 2kg. 

£6.50 for parcels over 2kg.

After you purchase from us, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email when we dispatch your order which will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number for the delivery company selected at checkout. Please check your spam /junk folders as well or get in touch if you don't find your tracking number and we will happily help.

Please check your address and make sure it is correct and get in touch if you need to correct it before we send it out, otherwise we won't be able to modify your details. 

The original postage for the parcels returning to us for incorrect address or for not being picked up is non refundable as it is a service provided by the delivery company you select at checkout (Royal Mail or Evri ) and they don't make refunds for used postage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jeune Home. If you need to return an item, please follow our guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order (exceptions may apply). To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with its original packaging. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, and note that shipping costs are at the customer's expense. 

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return request, kindly send an email to info@jeunehome.com with your order details and the reason for return. 

  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm its eligibility, you will be automatically refunded using the same payment method you chose at checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed. Original postage is non refundable.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • Items marked as 'Limited Edition', sculptural candles, bulk orders, custom label candles, reed diffusers due to hygienic reasons and products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for returns.

Damages and Issues:

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to info@jeunehome.com.

Handmade Nature:

  • Please note that slight imperfections and color variations may naturally occur in our handmade items. For more details, refer to our FAQ section and each product description.

Lost and Stolen Parcels:

  • We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after delivery.

Parcels Returned to Sender:

  • If a package is returned to the sender due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Jeune Home won't accept postal fees incurred upon reception of a returned parcel.
